About The Position

SurgeU is seeking an Investor Relations Representative to serve as the first point of contact for people requesting information about the company’s investment offerings. This is an investor service and relationship-support role focused on providing approved factual information, answering general administrative questions, and routing investment-specific inquiries to authorized personnel. The role emphasizes accurate, timely communication, organized meeting coordination, reliable follow-up, and complete records to support a responsive and consistent investor experience. The representative responds to inquiries by phone, email, and text; conducts follow-up only with individuals who requested information; gathers basic administrative and eligibility information using approved procedures; schedules meetings; prepares prospects for appointments; maintains CRM records and communication queues; supports paperwork, document collection, subscriptions, transfers, redemptions, distributions, and investor events in a ministerial administrative capacity; and tracks non-transactional service metrics. The position must follow approved talking points and company policies, escalating questions about investment merits, terms, suitability, strategy, or other investment-specific matters to Legal/Compliance or authorized team members. The role does not solicit or recommend investments, provide investment advice, negotiate terms, accept orders, funds, or securities, or effect securities transactions. Compensation is not based directly or indirectly on securities transactions or capital raised. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week, in-person position. It reports to the Vice President of Investor Relations. SurgeU describes its work as faith-based business education and empowerment and its culture as collaborative, proactive, and supportive of recognizing strong performance.
