Processes day‑to‑day operational activities associated with Investment Advisor Services (IAS) accounts. Provides administrative and operational support for our clients to ensure timely, accurate service delivery and a high‑quality client experience. Performs office support functions and works proactively to identify potential operational, compliance, or fraud‑related issues.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree, or equivalent work experience
• Typically two to four years of job-related experience, preferably in institutional trust and/or financial industry

Nice To Haves

• Basic knowledge of trust administration, products and sales
• Basic knowledge of account management, trust operations, project management, and legal regulations
• Ability to develop new business
• Ability to resolve complex problems with minimal guidance
• Effective interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Processes day‑to‑day operational activities associated with Investment Advisor Services (IAS) accounts.
