About The Position

Houlihan Lokey’s Healthcare Group is seeking a Vice President to complement its team. The group advises healthcare clients on M&A, capital markets, and financial restructuring assignments, with this role’s transaction work primarily focused on sell-side M&A. The Vice President creates and oversees financial models, marketing materials, and client presentations, and performs research and analyses to support business development and transaction execution. The role also includes client relationship management and supervision and mentoring of junior staff.

Requirements

Advanced knowledge of accounting and finance.
At least 6 years of relevant investment banking experience.
Undergraduate degree from an accredited institution, including an exemplary academic record.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and technical abilities.

Responsibilities

Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information.
Coordinate and perform business due diligence and execute M&A transactions.
Prepare marketing pitches, confidential information presentations, management presentations, and other presentations as needed.
Perform valuation and ad hoc financial analyses.
Assist in marketing and executing existing engagements.
Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors.
Supervise and mentor junior staff members.
