About The Position

Stephens Investment Banking is seeking an Investment Banking Senior Associate / Vice President for their Healthcare Services group. This role involves significant responsibility in supporting senior bankers with business development, relationship maintenance, and transaction execution, while developing expertise within the Healthcare Services sector. The Healthcare Services practice has decades of experience advising clients across the middle market, including entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and private equity sponsors. The team brings deep knowledge of operating, reimbursement, regulatory, and investor dynamics within subsectors such as pediatrics, behavioral health, home health and hospice, post-acute services, health and wellness, and healthcare-focused outsourced and facility services. Senior and junior bankers work closely on engagements, combining a high standard of execution with a collaborative, client-first approach to deliver strong outcomes in M&A, private placements, and recapitalizations.

Requirements

2+ years of experience as an Investment Banking Associate.
Significant experience executing M&A transactions with a strong preference for Healthcare Services transaction experience
Excellent analytical and modeling skills
High energy with strong interpersonal, accounting and finance skills
Ability to perform under pressure and tight deadlines
Strong commitment to respecting and safeguarding confidential information
Commitment to working hard
Extraordinary focus on work quality and attention to detail
Adherence to regulatory requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Creation and execution of business development and marketing plans in coordination with Senior Bankers.
Oversee the execution of live engagements, from the initial preparation phase through the closing of transactions.
Ensure accuracy and timeliness of work for junior Associates and Analysts.
Recruit, educate, and train Investment Banking Associates and Analysts.
Perform other tasks as assigned by management.
