About The Position

As a member of the Investment Banking Technology team, you will be working with the team’s senior bankers on servicing and executing client transactions. This role combines deep sector expertise with technology-driven solutions. The base pay for this position at commencement of employment is $275,000 per annum. Requirements

A minimum of 6-10 years of total investment banking experience
Demonstrated track record within the Technology sector is a requirement for this role; specific Software experience is strongly preferred
Comprehensive knowledge of the corporate banking business and its related products, pertinent regulations and lending and credit approval processes
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
Series 79 and 63

Nice To Haves

MBA or other relevant graduate degree desirable, but not required

Responsibilities

Combination of execution and client coverage including; valuation, financial analysis, strategic analysis, due diligence, deal financing and process management
Business and industry research and analysis
Preparation of transaction marketing materials and high-quality client deliverables
Development, training, and mentoring of junior bankers assigned to projects
