We are currently looking for a senior Investment Banking Associate to join our Depositories team within the Financial Services group in our Houston, TX office. Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- 1+ years of investment banking experience at the associate level or closely related experience
Responsibilities
- Meaningful M&A transaction experience, particularly on sell-side M&A
- Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting and financial modeling
- Excellent business writing skills, including the ability to write compelling selling memorandums and presentations
- Ability to build relationships and establish trust with internal and external stakeholders
- Highly motivated, team player with an ability to learn in a fast-paced environment
