About The Position

Houlihan Lokey is seeking a Senior Analyst to join its Technology Group within Corporate Finance. The role works with senior professionals covering Software and Digital Media clients and offers exposure to end markets including supply chain software, proptech, education technology, HCM software, semiconductors, and sports tech. The analyst supports mergers and acquisitions and equity or debt capital raises, researches economic and industry developments, analyzes public and private companies, and helps prepare marketing materials and presentations. The Technology Group is a global team providing relationship-based advice on M&A and capital raise transactions. Requirements

At least 2 full years of investment banking experience.
Strong academic track record, with a background in finance, accounting, business, or economics.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
High degree of intellectual curiosity and desire to continue learning.
Keen attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work product.
Ability to manage rapid timelines and proactively manage potential conflicts.
Ability to exercise sound judgment, make informed decisions, and act independently.
Comfort presenting to and engaging with senior colleagues, clients, and counterparties.
Commitment to the firm and its clients.
