About The Position

Morgan Stanley’s Healthcare Group is seeking an Investment Banking Analyst or Associate for its New York or San Francisco office. The role provides the opportunity to work with healthcare-industry clients on complex transactions, including strategic advisory assignments and the execution of public and private capital markets transactions. The successful candidate is expected to demonstrate advanced technical skills, including expertise in modeling for strategic advisory and capital markets transactions. The position involves close collaboration with professionals throughout the firm to deliver high-quality client advice and meaningful responsibility on important industry transactions.

Requirements

• 1–5 years of investment banking experience as an Analyst or Associate, or an MBA.
• A proven track record working on executed deals across M&A and various industry sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong teambuilding skills.
• Experience modeling relevant transactions.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Series licensing, or must obtain it.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare industry experience is preferred but not required.
• An MBA is an asset.
