Requirements
- 2-4 years of M&A investment banking experience with a focus on Consumer/Retail
- Experience supporting 2+ closed Consumer/Retail M&A transactions
- Strong Consumer/Retail proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and deal structuring
- Exceptional analytical capabilities and attention to detail
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to start immediately or shortly after bonus season
- Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship now or in the future
Responsibilities
- Support execution of complex technology M&A transactions from origination through close
- Manage deal workflow including financial modeling, due diligence, and transaction documentation
- Conduct strategic and financial analysis to support client advisory services
- Prepare marketing materials, management presentations, and Board-level presentations
- Coordinate with legal, accounting, and other transaction advisors
