About The Position

This role involves the coordination of various processes, including capital raises and advisory transactions. The associate will build financial models to perform leveraged buyout, accretion-dilution, discounted cash flow, and company comparable analyses. Responsibilities include the preparation of offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials for client meetings. The role also requires performing research and various analyses to support new business generation, leading and participating in drafting sessions for underwriting assignments, and conducting industry due diligence related to transactions. The associate will interact with corporate clients, private equity firms, venture capital firms, and senior bankers, and will support senior bankers in the overall build-out of the Technology Investment Banking platform.

Requirements

• Experience in capital raises and advisory transactions.
• Proficiency in building financial models (leveraged buyout, accretion-dilution, discounted cash flow, company comparable analyses).
• Experience in preparing offering memoranda, proposals, and other written materials.
• Ability to perform research and analyses for new business generation.
• Experience in leading and participating in drafting sessions for underwriting assignments.
• Experience in conducting industry due diligence.
• Experience interacting with corporate clients, private equity firms, and venture capital firms.
• Ability to support senior bankers.
