About The Position
Piper Sandler is seeking a Class of 2027 Investment Banking Analyst for their Financial Services team in San Francisco, CA. This is a rigorous program for exceptionally qualified individuals who will graduate in May/June 2027. Analysts will work closely with senior bankers on various investment banking activities including equity and debt offerings, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and strategic advisory work. The environment is collaborative, demanding, fast-paced, and entrepreneurial. Top analysts may be invited to stay for a third year, with direct promotion to Associate available for strong performers without an MBA. The program includes comprehensive training at the firm's headquarters in Minneapolis, covering accounting, valuation, financial modeling, and general computer skills, along with social and team-building activities.
Requirements
- Graduating in May/June 2027
- Work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees required
