About The Position
Piper Sandler is seeking a Class of 2027 Investment Banking Analyst for their Restructuring Investment Banking team in New York, NY. This is a rigorous program for exceptionally qualified individuals graduating in May/June 2027. Analysts will work closely with senior bankers, making a real impact on clients' businesses through involvement in all facets of investment banking activities, including equity and debt offerings, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts, and strategic advisory work. The investment banking group partners with corporate clients and financial sponsors to provide advisory and financing services. The firm has deep sector expertise in chemicals, consumer, services & industrials, energy, power & infrastructure, financial services, healthcare, and technology.
Requirements
- Graduating in May/June 2027
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees required
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future
- Cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis
