Piper Sandler is currently seeking a Class of 2027 Investment Banking Analyst for our Restructuring Investment Banking team in New York, NY. Candidates who will be graduating in May/June 2027 are encouraged to apply. The Analyst Program is a rigorous program for exceptionally qualified individuals. Our analysts work closely with senior bankers to make a real impact on our clients’ businesses through involvement in all facets of investment banking activities including equity and debt offerings, valuations, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and strategic advisory work.
Requirements
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, management, or other related degrees required
