About The Position

Piper Sandler is seeking an experienced analyst to join their Equity Capital Markets (ECM) team in Minneapolis, MN. This role offers significant exposure to capital raising transactions and strategic advisory projects, with strong potential for long-term growth and career advancement. Analysts will provide critical support throughout transaction execution, create market-related materials, track companies, build financial models, perform valuation analyses, conduct research, and interact with clients and senior bankers. The position is designed to develop a versatile skillset for career progression.

Requirements

1 - 3 years of Investment Banking or related financial experience
Strong work ethic, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and learn quickly
Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience with financial modeling or formal training
Positive attitude with a desire to work with and contribute to the culture of a close-knit team
U.S. work eligibility is required
Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
