We are currently looking for an experienced analyst to join our Equity Capital Markets team in our Minneapolis, MN office. The Analyst can expect to receive immediate exposure to a variety of capital raising transactions, and other strategic advisory projects, and provide significant, long-term growth potential and career advancement opportunities.
Requirements
- 1 - 3 years of Investment Banking or related financial experience
- Strong work ethic, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and learn quickly
- Detail-oriented and analytical mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Previous experience with financial modeling or formal training
- Positive attitude with a desire to work with and contribute to the culture of a close-knit team
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, economics, or other related degrees preferred
- U.S. work eligibility is required
- Must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future.
- Cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical support during all phases of transaction execution
- Create market related materials and closely track both public and private companies
- Build financial models, perform valuation analyses and investor targeting
- Conduct industry- and company-specific research
- Interface directly with clients and senior bankers
- Develop a versatile skillset that will serve as a strong foundation for achieving career goals
