About The Position

The Investment Associate/VP (title commensurate with experience) supports the Chief Investment Officer and Deputy Chief Investment Officer in driving the firm’s investment process across public and private markets. You’ll be deeply involved in deal, fund, and manager diligence, translating your analysis into clear investment memos and presenting your findings to the Investment Committee and broader management team. Beyond diligence, you’ll help originate investment content for both internal and external audiences and represent the firm in the broader investment community. This role is ideal for an intellectually curious investor who thrives on rigorous analysis across a wide range of asset classes and legal structures, and who wants to grow their career alongside the senior investment team of a fast-growing RIA.

Requirements

  • 2–7 years of investment experience
  • Experience across public and private markets
  • Ability to host and engage managers and investment professionals across a wide variety of asset classes
  • Familiarity with investments across many different legal structures (including public securities, limited partnerships, interval/evergreen vehicles and securitized structures)
  • Strong written and verbal communication, including investment memo writing and presentation skills
  • Strong sense of intellectual curiosity (a must-have)
  • High degree of integrity and discretion
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics or related field
  • Comfort with working in-office setting (4 days in office, 1 day remote)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with bespoke deals and co-investments a plus
  • CFA/CAIA (or progress toward it) a plus

Responsibilities

  • Conduct deal and fund review and due diligence across public and private markets
  • Evaluate bespoke deals and co-investment opportunities
  • Analyze investments across a wide variety of asset classes and legal forms, including public securities, limited partnerships, interval/evergreen vehicles, and securitized structures
  • Craft clear, well-reasoned investment memos to support recommendations
  • Present investment opportunities and analysis to the Investment Committee
  • Originate investment content for both internal and external consumption
  • Host and evaluate managers and investment professionals across a wide variety of asset classes
  • Represent the firm at industry conferences
  • Support the CIO and Deputy CIO in building and maintaining relationships across the firm’s investment network
