About The Position

The Investment Analyst is a key role on the fast-growing Diversify Asset Management team, which provides institutional-quality, multi-asset-class investment solutions spanning equity, fixed income, and alternative investments. The Investment Analyst supports Diversify's due diligence team, evaluating alternative investment strategies across private real estate, private equity, and private credit. This role suits an analyst with strong modeling skills, a sharp eye for attention to detail and process improvement, and a genuine passion for alternatives. This is an in-office position in our Sandy, Utah headquarters.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, math, statistics, or a related field preferred.
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in investment research or portfolio management required.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills with a genuine passion for investing and conducting due diligence.
  • Exceptional communicator who can distill complex investment concepts into clear, accessible language.
  • Detail-oriented self-starter with an ownership mentality and the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Collaborative mindset and a commitment to team success.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced Excel and coding skills strongly preferred.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth research and due diligence on alternative investment programs spanning private real estate, private equity, and private credit.
  • Monitor and evaluate the performance of 300+ alternative investment programs across the platform.
  • Author comprehensive investment reports and present findings to Diversify's Investment Committee.
  • Analyze the economic and market environment to surface and recommend high quality investment ideas.
  • Lead initiatives to strengthen investment processes, performance monitoring, and analytical infrastructure.
  • Contribute concise analysis and insights to strategy positioning and client-facing materials.
  • Drive process improvements and optimize workflows for maximum efficiency.
