About The Position

Prologis’ Investment Analyst Program (IAP) is a rigorous two-year foundational training program for excellent emerging real estate investment leaders. As an analyst program participant, you’ll be immersed in the entire development and transaction lifecycle, including acquisition, development, and financing strategies, while interacting with teams across the organization. Investment Analyst Program participants play a key role in Prologis’ current and future success. Participants will be based in either San Francisco or New York City, with full-time, in-office presence required. We will consider candidate location preference, but ultimate location placement is dependent on program needs.
