About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking talented individuals to join the 2027 Wealth & Investment Management (WIM) Analyst Program. WIM is one of the United States’ leading providers of financial and investment services, offering a full range of personalized wealth management, investment, and retirement products and services. The WIM Analyst Program provides a collaborative setting focused on personal and professional development. Over a two-year, non-rotational period, analysts will gain hands-on experience in non-client roles within one of WIM’s divisions, participate in deep-dive sessions on key businesses, and engage in strategic projects, mentorship, and coaching while gaining exposure to senior leaders.
