About The Position

As an Investment Intern in Robinhood Ventures you will be a core part of our lean team. You will research, evaluate, and support investments across the Robinhood Ventures platform, with a focus on late-stage investments. This role is based in our Menlo Park, CA office with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a full-time MBA program
• Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, or finance at a high-growth company
• Fluency in financial modeling, valuation analysis, and market research
• Intellectual curiosity and a demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and the private companies driving them
• Proven ability to work independently in lean, high-output environments
• Experience collaborating across cross-functional teams

Nice To Haves

• Late-stage investing or venture capital experience
• An existing network in the startup ecosystem, or the drive to build one

Responsibilities

• Research markets and sectors and identify key companies.
• Support the deal team for investments, including owning core diligence workstreams like financial modeling and competitive analysis.
• Help shape investment theses.
• Work with teams across Product, Operations, Marketing, Legal, and more to help build experiences in the Robinhood app to further differentiate Robinhood Ventures for both retail investors and portfolio companies.
