Work involves reviewing case materials, preparing routine investigative documents, processing digital and physical evidence, coordinating basic victim and witness communications, and completing procedural tasks that support case development. Employees in this classification work under established guidelines and receive close coordination and direction from prosecutors or senior investigators. Assignments follow defined processes, require attention to detail, and involve limited discretion in prioritizing tasks or making procedural decisions.
