INVENTORY TRAILER SPECIALIST DALLAS LOCATION Job Functions: Operates yard truck (hostler truck) to move trailers between parking areas, service bays, and staging areas. Maintains an organized and orderly yard. Receive sales trailers using Record360 and inspect them for any damage. Stage sales trailers for customer pick up/delivery and use Record360 to check them out. Perform weekly physical inventory checks. Process all associated paperwork and input data related to trailers received. Communicate with management and trailer sales departments to provide information on trailers received and delivered; respond to questions on trailers and verify that serial numbers and plates are on the trailer. Maintain yard mule, golf cart in a clean, neat, orderly, and safe manner. Maintains the yard by picking up the trash and ensuring it is always presentable. Required to take pictures of all trailers for the Sales Department using Record360 Marketing workflow. Handling customer complaints and maintaining high customer satisfaction standards. Perform other duties assigned by management. Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor. JOB REQUIREMENTS: Will create a storage file of pictures on the share server for the sales department to view to be able to complete appraisals on all trailers. To be able to interact with customers and all company department employees. Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information. Requires office skills, including personal computers, Microsoft products (Word for Windows, Excel, and Outlook), 10-key, and the ability to operate other office equipment. Strong attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, solid organizational and multitasking skills. An awesome attitude with impeccable interpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving skills. The ability to work independently as well as in a team setting. PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Must be able to occasionally lift/or move up to 50 pounds. May be required to stand for long periods of time, engage in frequent bending, stooping, squatting, pushing, and climb stairs on trailers. Must be able to work in various weather and temperature conditions, including extreme heat, humidity, and cold. Monday - Friday 7:30am - 5:30pm
