About The Position

Requirements

  • Experience in material and inventory management
  • Minimum of 1-year experience with customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction
  • High School Diploma required
  • Must be computer literate
  • Must have a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and push and pull carts of linen

  • some college coursework preferred
  • Some delivery or route experience preferred
  • Ability to analyze sales opportunities and assess customer needs
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent follow up, creativity, problem solving, conflict management, and organizational skills
  • Able to interpret reports and performance tracking mechanisms
  • High energy with the ability to multi-task
  • Ability to maintain a pleasant and positive attitude under unpleasant and diverse situation

Responsibilities

  • Manage customer inventory (audits, scrub counts, linen reconciliations)
  • Provide support to facilitate improvement with working relationships and inter-departmental cooperation
  • Conduct daily clean return audits as needed
  • Ensure 100% completion of quarterly customer contacts and audits
  • Manage and maintain accurate inventory at customer locations.
  • Conduct customer Goodwill visits
  • Manage daily communication of customer interactions to DSM/GM
  • Account improvement with new products and services
