About The Position

As an Inventory Team Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing daily Inventory Control operations, ensuring inventory accuracy, driving compliance, and supporting cross-functional warehouse activities. We will count on you to act as the primary escalation point and provides leadership in process execution, discrepancy resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives. Along the way, you will get to: Assign and prioritize daily IC workload (cycle counts, adjustments, serial validation, audits) Provide real-time support and direction to Inventory Specialists Ensure coverage for critical reports (e.g., ADJ, compliance tracking) Monitor productivity and ensure alignment with operational expectations Be AmbITious: This opportunity is not just about what you do today but also about where you can go tomorrow. Requirements

Advanced understanding of inventory control processes and SAP
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to lead and coach team members
Experience with cycle counting, audits, and discrepancy resolution
