About The Position

Innova Solutions has a client that is immediately hiring for an Inventory Management Support. This is a full-time, 12-month contract position located in Tulsa, OK, 74116, with a shift from 5:30 AM to 6:00 AM on a 9/80 schedule.

Requirements

Minimum 4 years’ experience in inventory control/stockroom (receiving, storing and arranging, issuing and kitting of material) function related to the movement of inventory.
High School Diploma or Equivalent

Nice To Haves

Experience performing material management in Costpoint and/or SAP Ariba
Familiarity with quality management systems, such as ISO or AS.
Experience working and interfacing with Suppliers, Manufacturing, Inventory Management, Quality, and Engineering.

Responsibilities

Receiving, stocking, kitting, issuing, and other inventory management related activities to support company and program requirements, and ensuring compliance with Government and corporate policies and requirements.
Counting, sorting, or weighing incoming items and verifying quantities against purchase orders; processing receipts into computer-based company system of record.
Packaging, labeling and stocking material in bins, racks, or shelves, according to identifying part number.
Building and issuing kits, or individual parts in support of program and manufacturing material requirements.
Moving or transporting material from stockroom to production areas.
Conducting periodic, special, or perpetual inventory of stock and company assets as required; adjusting inventory counts in property records as needed to maintain 100% accountability and accuracy.
Maintaining 5S standards within stockroom and storage areas.
Identifying and correcting conditions that affect employee safety; upholding the client and OSHA safety standards.
May be trained for cross-utilization in additional processes within Supply Chain Management functional area as needed to support operations, i.e.; HAZMAT Certification; processing shipments in support of operations and testing events; conduct government-owned and company property accountability inspections, and other related functions as determined by supervisor.
