About The Position

A client of Innova Solutions is immediately hiring an Inventory Management Support. This is a full-time contract position with a duration of 12 months, with the possibility of contract to hire. The role is onsite in Palm Bay, FL, with a 1st shift schedule from 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
0 to 3 years of prior related experience
Must be able to be engaged on a W-2 basis

Nice To Haves

Internal certification for operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.

Responsibilities

Performing the physical or administrative tasks supporting the shipping, receiving, storing, and distribution of materials, parts, supplies and equipment, rejecting unsatisfactory items where necessary.
Receiving incoming materials, unpacking and checking goods received against purchase orders or invoices.
Verifying quantity, weight, and conformance of materials to stated identifications.
Maintaining records of received goods, processing freight bills, packing sheets, and other documents.
Stocking and distributing materials in inventory and on manufacturing lines.
Supporting stockroom functions such as picking, counting, allocating, and moving stocked material to accommodate Service Level Agreements with programs to meet production schedules.
Knowledge of material handling procedures and Environmental Health and Safety requirements.
Lifting items and operating material handling equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, etc. upon receipt of internal certification.
