About The Position

Likewize is searching for an Inventory Supervisor to join our team at our distribution center in Flower Mound, TX. As our Inventory Supervisor, you'll be the driving force behind inventory accuracy and operational excellence. From optimizing material flow to solving complex inventory challenges, you'll play a key role in keeping our warehouse running smoothly and efficiently. We're looking for a high-energy, hands-on leader who enjoys improving processes, delivering results, and building great teams in a rapidly growing device repair and refurbishment environment.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Operations, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related discipline—or equivalent experience leading teams in warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics environments.
A people-first leader who knows how to coach, motivate, and develop teams while driving operational success.
Experience identifying opportunities for improvement, tracking performance metrics, and turning ideas into measurable results.

Nice To Haves

Experience in JDE, High Jump, Kronos, ADP, or equivalent software that show your skills in warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

Own inventory accuracy from shelf to system, leading cycle count programs, audits, and discrepancy resolution across the distribution center.
Drive continuous improvement by identifying inventory issues, uncovering root causes, and implementing lasting solutions.
Manage inventory control resources and labor costs while maximizing efficiency and operational performance.
Ensure products are in the right place, properly labeled, and accurately reflected across all warehouse systems.
Keep inventory data, reporting, and regional stock levels aligned, accurate, and audit-ready.
Deliver against key operational goals with a commitment to precision, speed, and customer satisfaction.
Lead by example to create a safe, high-performing, and team-focused warehouse environment where people and processes thrive.
