Requirements

  • Proven experience as an inventory or warehouse supervisor (or similar role), with strong leadership and team-management skills
  • Expertise in inventory control, safety management, and process improvement, with a solid understanding of warehouse KPIs
  • Strong understanding of inventory control, safety practices, and basic process improvements, with awareness of warehouse KPIs
  • Advanced Excel skills and confidence using POS systems, ERP platforms, and inventory software to track stock, run reports, and perform audits
  • Ability to analyze data, spot trends, and forecast needs to keep inventory accurate and organized
  • Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with good judgment and attention to detail

Nice To Haves

  • Associate degree in business or a related field, a CPIM certification, or equivalent relevant experience
  • Previous experience supporting or participating in SOX compliance audits

Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and manage inventory procedures to optimize control and reduce loss
  • Use software to monitor demand, track stock levels, and reconcile data with physical counts
  • Investigate and resolve discrepancies, perform daily analysis, and forecast future needs
  • Design and maintain an inventory tracking system and prepare detailed reports for leadership
  • Oversee production planning and scheduling to ensure inventory meets forecasted needs
  • Track key KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and recommend continuous improvements
  • Lead, train, and mentor team members to achieve short- and long-term performance goals
  • Collaborate across departments to support seamless supply chain practices
  • Enforce safety standards, regulatory compliance, and company policies
