About The Position

The Inventory Specialist helps ensure warehouse operations run smoothly through accurate inventory counts, quality assurance, product counting, and staging materials in designated areas. The role uses warehouse equipment and tools and a warehouse management system to maintain appropriate work documents. The posted schedule is Sunday through Wednesday, 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM, with possible overtime as needed.

Requirements

• Experience with Microsoft Office
• Availability to work a flexible schedule with possible overtime, as needed
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. frequently and greater than 50 lbs. occasionally
• Ability to move materials weighing up to 500 lbs. using wheeled carts

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent
• One year of experience in warehouse operations and/or inventory
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory counts
• Ensure quality assurance processes and procedures are followed
