About The Position

TTI Consumer Power Tools, Inc. is hiring an Inventory Specialist I (Cycle Count) for its Anderson, South Carolina location. The role conducts cycle counts, investigates inventory discrepancies, and performs warehouse audits to support accurate inventory tracking. The specialist works independently and collaboratively, supports operations as needed, and may share resources between multiple sites. The position requires operating heavy machinery and obtaining the required certification.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED is preferred.
Basic knowledge of inventory control and warehouse operations.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Self-motivation and strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong analytical, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Strong math and multitasking skills.
Must operate heavy machinery and have the required certification.
Ability to be certified on industrial power equipment, including reach trucks, forklifts, and order pickers.

Nice To Haves

Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS).
Experience with SAP WM.

Responsibilities

Perform ABC counts, short list counts, and assigned counts.
Investigate inventory discrepancies.
Pull pallets for special projects.
Perform additional tasks as needed to support operations.
Conduct warehouse audits in inbound receiving, picking operations, e-commerce and bulk processing, and outbound shipping.
Perform additional tasks as directed by management.
Operate industrial power equipment, including reach trucks, forklifts, and order pickers.
