About The Position

Decimal Engineering is seeking a dependable, hands-on Receiving & Inventory Clerk to keep materials moving, maintain accurate inventory, and support production. The role also backs up the Shipping team as needed to help ensure customer orders are delivered on time. Requirements

• Experience in receiving, inventory control, warehousing, or shipping is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Basic computer skills.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
• Dependable, adaptable team player who takes ownership and follows through.

Nice To Haves

• ERP/WMS inventory system experience.
• Forklift or pallet jack experience.

Responsibilities

• Receive and inspect incoming shipments, verifying quantities and accuracy against purchase orders.
• Safely unload, label, and organize materials using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Maintain accurate inventory records, perform cycle counts, and investigate discrepancies.
• Ensure proper material identification, storage, and traceability.
• Coordinate with Production and Shipping to keep materials flowing efficiently.
• Back up Shipping Clerk duties as needed, preparing shipments and documentation to meet customer deadlines.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
