About The Position

This role provides direct support to the Chief Operating Officer and is responsible for maintaining all aspects of inventory and fulfillment. This role requires interfacing between the COO, Accounting, and Technicians.

Responsibilities

  • Take full ownership of ordering parts as needed to maintain proper stock levels.
  • Provide fulfillment and staging of products for sold estimates.
  • Manage the intake of all deliveries and mail upon its arrival to our facilities.
  • Review and audit stock and technician inventory.
  • Manage the loaned Inventory lifecycle between SJR and Customers.
  • Manage the RMA lifecycle of defective products.
  • Interface with Accounting to resolve any billing/fulfillment issues.
  • Connect customers to the appropriate team and technician for resolution of technical issues.
  • Establish and maintain professional communication with customers.
  • Reinforce S. J. Rollins culture and values in all communication with customers.
  • Provide a good example of SJ Rollins culture and values.
  • Be on time for work and scheduled meetings.
  • Participate in regular team and company meetings.
  • Take responsibility for personal and career development.
  • Take responsibility for the training and education of less experienced team members.
