About The Position

The Inventory Planning Clerk 1 ensures inventory security and accountability through transaction documentation, process and procedure verification, and system review. The role performs basic administrative, clerical, operational, and computational tasks under close supervision and within established policies and guidelines, with limited opportunity to deviate from defined expectations, quality standards, priorities, and timing.

This is an onsite position at 9843 Windisch Rd, West Chester Township, Ohio. The schedule is four 10-hour shifts Monday through Friday, from 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.; the off day is assigned according to business needs. Scheduled weekly hours are 40.

Requirements

• Solid experience interpreting situations and independently determining appropriate courses of action during projects.
• Passion for contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to reach items at a height of 25 feet.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, twist, and squat throughout a 10-hour shift.
• Ability to work independently and effectively as part of a group.
• Strong math, organizational, and analytical skills.
• A focused, accurate, and highly productive work ethic.

• Mobile equipment or forklift experience.
• Experience with ELITE IMS software.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Sort, check, and receive daily product shipments.
• Complete system-directed replenishments.
• Complete cycle counts.
• Rotate through Production Supplies and restock stations.
• Document inventory transactions and verify processes, procedures, and systems.
