About The Position

L3Harris Technologies is seeking an Inventory Manager to support maintenance and sustainment of complex systems. The Inventory Manager Support person will be responsible for creating and tracking equipment shipments to and from FAA sites. Supports MCN programs related to RMA returns, spares inventories and audits, plus general shipping for the engineering team.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience OR 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
  • Obtain and continue to hold an FAA Public Trust clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in a manufacturing, repair depot, or commercial inventory management environment.
  • Experience in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word.
  • Experience providing support to DoD/FAA customers

Responsibilities

  • Generates a variety of standard reports.
  • Manage quarterly spares audits within defined schedules.
  • Support / manage local shipping needs for various MCN programs (FedEx / LTL).
  • Coordinate/organize/track shipping and receiving within building Rodes.
  • Ship equipment utilizing the PITS software to support customer requirements.
  • May require support during off-hours and overtime.
  • Perform responsibilities in accordance with established procedures.
  • Work requires independent action to resolve issues.
  • Obtain and continue to hold an FAA Public Trust clearance.
