The Production Support D Stockroom role is an advanced-level position within the Jefferson Road Operations Center (JROC), responsible for ensuring efficient material flow and production readiness in a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role combines stockroom execution with production support responsibilities and includes a strong emphasis on team support, coordination, and development. The successful candidate will act as a key resource on the floor, helping to guide daily operations, reinforce standard work, and support the effectiveness of the broader team.

Requirements

High School Diploma or equivalent
A minimum of 4 years of prior relevant inventory experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with 0 to 2 years of prior related inventory experience.

Nice To Haves

Background in Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement (CI), or related methodologies
Familiarity with ERP/MRP systems and inventory control processes (Oracle)
Experience in a packaging/shipping environment

Responsibilities

Package small orders for internal and external customers, in alignment with facility packaging standards and customer requirements
Process orders out to customers via shipping carriers
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials
Promote a team-oriented environment focused on safety, quality, and accountability
Identify discrepancies in deliveries from the warehouse to ensure the customer receives the accurate product and quantities ordered
Collaborate cross-functionally with stockroom, supply chain, and planning teams to align priorities, streamline workflow, and close out orders
Support and actively participate in continuous improvement (CI) and Lean initiatives, including process optimization and waste reduction
