Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent with 6 years prior experience, OR a 2-year post-secondary/AA Degree and 2 years prior experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in inventory management, material handling, computerized inventory systems, and working with cross‑functional operational teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Outlook.
  • Ability to work an onsite shift from 6:00 AM to 3:30 PM.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with inventory practices in an aerospace, defense, or regulated manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) or material requirements planning (MRP) systems.
  • Knowledge of International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) or Export Administration Regulations (EAR) in a production or supply chain environment.
  • Familiarity with L3Harris product lines or applicable industry standards.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, verify, store, and issue parts and materials to support production needs.
  • Maintain a clean, organized stockroom and ensure accurate part identification, locations, and inventory counts.
  • Perform daily data entry, maintain accurate computerized inventory records, and resolve part discrepancies.
  • Coordinate workload and adjust to changing priorities while collaborating with Receiving, Manufacturing, Procurement, Quality, Engineering, and Contracts.
  • Load and unload materials using manual or power‑assisted equipment; lift and move items up to 50 lbs and transport materials between operational areas.
  • Determine shipment routing within established guidelines.
  • Train and support less experienced team members.
  • Maintain accurate time charging, follow established procedures, and keep work areas orderly.
  • Work independently and perform other duties as assigned.
