Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred; relevant certifications or further education in inventory management, sales, or operations a plus.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in inventory control, accounting, sales, or operations is preferred.
  • Previous experience in accounting, sales, or operations is advantageous.
  • Strong customer service and telephone communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across internal teams and external vendors.
  • Exceptional time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Impeccable attention to detail and a strong sense of accountability.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other relevant software tools.

Responsibilities

  • Overseeing and maintaining accurate inventory records to support profitability.
  • Collaborating with third-party vendors to identify inventory requiring additional photos or updates.
  • Overseeing and assisting the sales team in entering complete and accurate order data into the internal database.
  • Managing and maintaining internal database systems, ensuring compliance with relevant OEM programs and contractual obligations.
  • Proactively identifying areas for improvement in database functionality, proposing and implementing solutions to optimize workflow and system efficiency.
  • Providing consistent support to the sales team by ensuring adherence to internal policies, manufacturer procedures, and operational guidelines.
  • Staying current with updated policies through training and meetings.
  • Assisting in the creation of marketing materials, including product photos, for use both internally and externally.
  • Participating in lead allocation efforts.
  • Supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of company events.
