Inventory/Lot Manager
About The Position
The Inventory/Lot Manager maintains an accurate, organized vehicle inventory at the dealership and offsite. The role receives and inspects vehicles shipped from manufacturers, stocks and tracks new and pre-owned vehicles in dealership systems, prepares vehicles for customer delivery, and assists with dealer trades, vehicle transfers, and related logistics. The position also performs other duties as assigned. Applicants must be at least 18 years old and have a high school diploma or equivalent. Requirements
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to safely drive and maneuver a variety of vehicles.
- Professional demeanor with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Dependable work ethic and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- At least 18 years old.
Responsibilities
- Maintain a clean, organized, and accurate vehicle inventory daily, both on and offsite.
- Receive, inspect, and check in vehicles shipped from manufacturers.
- Stock in and track new and pre-owned vehicles in dealership systems.
- Prepare vehicles for customer delivery to ensure presentation standards are met.
- Assist with dealer trades, vehicle transfers, and related logistics.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
