About The Position

This role involves picking and packing customer orders accurately and on schedule, confirming item numbers and quantities against order documentation. The associate will use warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts, safely and responsibly. Maintaining an orderly, hazard-free workspace, reporting low stock and inventory discrepancies promptly, and working closely with the team to meet daily targets are key responsibilities. Following company safety practices and procedures is essential.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent attention to detail and quality standards.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
Physical capability for standing, walking, and lifting throughout the shift.
Basic math proficiency for counts and measurements.
Team-oriented communication skills.

Nice To Haves

Background in warehouse or shipping preferred.
Stand-up forklift experience preferred.
WMS/inventory software familiarity is a plus.
