About The Position

This position will maintain the automated inventory system for the Nottoway Campus, which includes Piedmont Geriatric Hospital (PGH) and the Virginia Center for Behavioral Rehabilitation (VCBR). The role involves verifying and coding monthly Anthem invoices for the Nottoway Campus. Additionally, this position will provide data entry into FMS for vendor additions/modifications, perform a variety of fiscal duties, and prepare various fiscal reports.

Requirements

• Bookkeeping experience required.
• Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.) required.
• Working knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting principles and practices.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
• Demonstrated ability to enter data accurately and efficiently.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate with staff inside and outside the facility.
• Demonstrated ability to perform detailed work with numerical data, make rapid accurate arithmetic calculations.
• Demonstrated ability to verify/audit documents and prepare financial reports.
• Ability to handle workflow in a timely manner, meet deadlines and adapt to changes in policies and procedures.

• Working knowledge of inventory and automated inventory tracking systems preferred.
