About The Position

The Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records for electronic components and related materials. This role involves performing daily inventory transactions, conducting cycle counts and physical inventory audits, investigating discrepancies, and collaborating with various teams to address inventory concerns. The coordinator will also monitor inventory levels, communicate potential material risks, support process improvements, and generate inventory reports.

Requirements

1+ years of inventory control experience.
Experience working with electronic components such as capacitors, resistors, integrated circuits (ICs), and connectors.
Understanding of inventory control principles, cycle counting, and inventory transaction processes.
Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to inventory accuracy.
Ability to investigate inventory discrepancies and resolve them.
Strong organizational and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

1-2 years of inventory experience in an electronics manufacturing environment.
Familiarity with ERP or inventory management systems.
Knowledge of ESD handling procedures and best practices.
Experience supporting production operations through kitting and material distribution.

Responsibilities

Maintain accurate inventory records for electronic components and related materials.
Perform daily inventory transactions including receiving, issuing, transferring, and adjusting inventory.
Conduct routine cycle counts and physical inventory audits.
Investigate inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
Collaborate with Procurement, Receiving, and Production teams to address inventory concerns.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate potential material risks.
Support inventory process improvements for accuracy and efficiency.
Generate and maintain inventory reports using Excel and internal systems.
