About The Position

The Inventory Coordinator maintains accurate inventories of raw materials and finished goods, including products, bottles, pallets, and flats. The role identifies and corrects inventory variances daily and supports inventory activities across the production and warehouse facility and yard. The schedule is Sunday through Thursday. The position requires the ability to work the hours necessary to complete assigned tasks and reports to a manager; no supervisory responsibilities are required.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Good math and PC skills.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
One year of inventory coordination experience.
SAP and inventory knowledge.

Responsibilities

Count, reconcile, and maintain raw-material and finished-goods inventory in the production and warehouse facility and yard.
Perform critical plant counts and documentation, including daily physical counts of materials and finished goods.
Order and inventory production raw materials, and maintain records to ensure adequate supply levels.
Manage CHEP inventory.
Prepare daily reports on syrup yields, line efficiencies, and chemical inventories.
Backflush materials used each day and complete period-end inventory and results.
Enter data with Accounts Payable and Supply Chain.
Prepare, copy, and distribute required reports.
Post inventory, inter-plant transactions, and production to SAP.
Create inbound and outbound bills of lading and communicate with vendors.
Generate bill-backs for defective materials and downtime as necessary, and conduct in-person vendor audits.
Communicate shortages daily to production and Vertique.
Perform other duties as assigned by the manager.
