This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and hands-on Inventory Coordinator to join our operations team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in keeping our inventory accurate, organized, and moving efficiently to support production and customer fulfillment. You’ll work closely with teams across supply chain, manufacturing, engineering, and finance, making this a great opportunity for someone who enjoys both analytical work and active warehouse involvement.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in inventory control, warehouse, or supply chain roles
Experience with ERP or warehouse management systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Comfortable working both on a computer and on the warehouse floor
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials safely
Willingness to cross-train in shipping and receiving (required)
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a plus

Responsibilities

Maintain and reconcile inventory records using ERP/WMS systems
Perform regular cycle counts (weekly, monthly, quarterly) and resolve discrepancies
Investigate shortages, variances, and system issues
Create work orders and issue materials based on ERP pick lists
Kit components to support assembly and production
Ensure materials are available and delivered on time
Coordinate picking, packing, and shipping of outgoing orders
Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, damage, or shortages
Package products using proper materials and methods
Safely operate hand trucks and warehouse equipment
Track usage trends and seasonal demand patterns
Help forecast stock levels and prevent shortages or overstock
Keep warehouse areas clean, labeled, and compliant with safety standards
Follow and help improve inventory and operational processes
Support overall warehouse organization and housekeeping
Partner with procurement, manufacturing, engineering, finance, and operations
Help reconcile inventory variances and improve accuracy
Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
