The purpose of the Inventory Coordinator is to ensure accountability, accuracy, and effective management of Field Service (FS) inventory across all IEM Field Service locations. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining inventory management procedures, coordinating cycle counts and reconciliations, and supporting inventory control processes across multiple facilities. The Inventory Coordinator works closely with warehouse personnel and internal teams to ensure inventory records remain accurate and up to date, supporting the receipt, storage, and shipment of parts. The role also analyzes parts demand and provides stocking recommendations to the Director of Product Services through the Logistics Manager. In addition, the Inventory Coordinator assists the RMA Coordinator as part of Product Services’ cross-training approach, ensuring continuity across departmental functions. Through oversight of inventory systems and reporting, this role contributes to the development and monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to support operational decision-making and maintain effective inventory and RMA processes.
