About The Position

The primary responsibility is to provide administrative support to the Inventory and Customer Service Department. This role requires the ability to multi-task, prioritize, solve problems and work independently with an exceptional level of detail. The Inventory Coordinator will monitor, track, and manage inventory levels across all storage locations, perform regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies, and maintain accurate inventory records in SAP or inventory management systems. Additionally, the role involves investigating inventory issues, recommending process improvements, supporting the implementation of inventory-related best practices and standard operating procedures, and ensuring compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements. Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Time management skills
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment under supervision with a high attention to detail
  • Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Ability to work outside of a typical work schedule

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Inventory and Customer Service Department.
