About The Position

Wismettac is looking for a detail-oriented, reliable Inventory Controller to help maintain accurate warehouse inventory and support efficient operations. In this role, you play a key part in ensuring our high-quality food products are properly tracked, stored, and available to meet customer demand.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of inventory control, warehouse inventory, or related experience required.
Strong ability to identify discrepancies and maintain accurate records.
Comfortable using warehouse systems, spreadsheets, or inventory tracking software.
Ability to work closely with warehouse staff and operations teams.
Ability to lift up to 40–50 lbs and work within a warehouse environment as needed.
Must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis for any employer.

Responsibilities

Monitor and maintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts, audits, and system updates.
Conduct regular physical counts and investigate discrepancies to maintain system accuracy.
Work closely with warehouse staff to verify product locations, quantities, and proper storage.
Maintain inventory records in warehouse management systems and ensure data accuracy.
Assist with verifying inbound and outbound shipments to ensure product accuracy and documentation.
