About The Position

The Inventory Controller is responsible for coordinating orders and deliveries, performing regular inventory audits and analyses, and forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure consistent stock levels. To succeed in this role, the individual must be highly organized and possess detailed knowledge of supply chain management software and practices, with an emphasis on accurate inventory forecasting and excellent logistical abilities.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED required.
A minimum of 2 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, or similar.
Excellent knowledge of inventory management software such as EoStar.
Exceptional understanding of inventory management practices such as ABC analysis and cycle counting.
Good analytical and logistical thinking abilities.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Exceptional collaboration and negotiation abilities.
Excellent time management and organizational skills

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in logistics, business administration, or similar preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
Develop and implement inventory control systems and practices.
Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality of stock purchases.
Coordinate the logistics of purchase orders, stock transfers, deliveries, tagging, and processing.
Forecast supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
Track inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
Analyze and review supply chain data to identify and resolve issues.
Generate purchase and pricing reports, supply chain analysis, and inventory management systems.
Perform regular stock checks and reporting any issues to the supervisor.
Maintain and update records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records
