About The Position

The Inventory Controller will be responsible for maintaining accurate inventory records, including customer-owned materials stored by Harrington. This role involves leading the management of inventory movement between physical and virtual system warehouses to support critical, high-visibility projects. The Inventory Controller will regularly interface with the DC team, sales teams, Buyers, and Supply Chain leaders, and will participate in receiving and shipping transactions. Additionally, the role includes implementing cycle counts, processing various inventory reports, and assisting with general warehouse operational functions.

Requirements

• Basic computer skills, including email and MS Office applications.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• Occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate inventory records, including customer-owned materials stored by Harrington.
• Lead management of inventory movement between physical and virtual system warehouses to support critical, high-visibility projects.
• Regularly interface with DC team, sales teams, Buyers, and Supply Chain leaders.
• Participate in receiving and shipping transactions to support project needs.
• Implement cycle counts according to the DC Manager’s schedule.
• Process the open transfer report weekly.
• Process the open order report for the DC bi-monthly.
• Perform daily inventory report processing.
• Assist with warehouse operational functions as needed, including pick, pack, putaway, shipping, and receiving.
