About The Position

Compile and maintain records of physical and virtual product inventories through daily cycle counting, claims management, and accounts administration within the facility. Manage data related to ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping products for and from the facility. Order shipping materials, supplies, and equipment to maintain inventory throughout the facility. The position works Sunday through Thursday: Sunday from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m. and Monday through Thursday from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Requirements

Previous Inventory Control Tech experience required.
Cycle Counter experience required.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to work in temperatures as low as -20°F/-25°C in cold storage sites while wearing company-provided personal protective equipment and freezer gear.
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.; the weight may be greater depending on the facility.
Ability to work a flexible work schedule and shift, including weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

Keep inventory, purchasing, shipping, and other records.
Compile data from purchase orders, invoices, requisitions, and accounting reports.
Determine stock supply and replenishment needs.
Investigate damages, inventory adjustments, and shrink issues.
Locate products to ensure correct product identification, conduct regular cycle counts, and assist with physical inventories.
Verify shipping-order accuracy by checking stock numbers, pallet IDs, authorized substitutes, and other information against catalogs, manuals, product lists, and similar references.
Review files to identify unused items and recommend disposal of excess or damaged products.
Operate warehouse material-handling equipment to move product while following regulatory and company safety standards, policies, and procedures.
Order shipping materials, supplies, and equipment to maintain facility inventory.
