Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent required.
- Must be accurate in dealing with figures.
- Prior computer experience preferred.
- Inventory control background.

- Exceptions can be made for students still attending high school.
Responsibilities
- Ordering and controlling the inventory in assigned areas.
- Ensuring adequate stock turnover rate.
- Entering issues, returns and credits into the computer for all supplies and linen.
- Expediting with Purchasing items that are out of stock or low stock. Communicating the status of these items to the Inventory Control Distribution Manager, Purchasing and the user department.
- Updating Par Stock papers.
- Maintaining proper shelf labels of all supplies being stocked in designated area.
- Filing requisitions and reports in an orderly manner.
- Handling Linen in accordance to Hospital Policy and Infection Control standards.
- Maintaining a neat and orderly area according to EOC, DOH, JCACHO requirements.
- Assisting with recalls, evaluations, product conversions.
